After an order is placed, our staff will contact the customer to request and verify a valid prescription before any prescription item is supplied.

Prescription items will not be supplied until verification is complete. If verification fails, or if a medicine cannot legally or safely be supplied, the pharmacist may reject the order, cancel the prescription item, or adjust the order as needed.
